Tahoe Donner
Full Interior Reconstruction + Structural Upgrade
Overview:
This Tahoe Donner project started with a client who had no prior experience navigating a residential build. From permitting through final finish, Tradecraft led the entire process—aligning design, engineering, and construction into a single, cohesive execution.
What began as an outdated interior was taken down to the structure and rebuilt to perform, function, and live at a completely higher level.

Execution
The home was fully stripped to its framing, allowing every system to be rebuilt without compromise. A key move in the project was the installation of a 22-foot Glulam beam, which opened up the kitchen and main living space and completely changed how the home functions.
From insulation to final finishes, each phase was executed with tight coordination across trades to keep structure, systems, and finishes aligned from start to finish.
Build Detail
This project required coordination between engineering, permitting, and construction while guiding a first-time client through the entire process. Every decision was handled with clarity so the project could move forward without friction or confusion.
The result is a fully rebuilt interior that not only looks elevated, but performs at a higher standard across every system in the home. Projects of this scale require leadership, planning, and accountability from start to finish.
