ALPENSWING
Commercial Buildout | Indoor Golf + Axe Throwing Venue
Overview:
Alpenswing started with a client who had a vision but no clear path to execution. From the beginning, Tradecraft stepped in to guide the process, handling permitting, coordinating with the client and architect, and translating the concept into a buildable plan within a constrained commercial space.
The project required close collaboration with Trackman Indoor Golf to ensure the simulators performed correctly within tight spatial limits. What began as an empty leased unit was transformed into a fully functioning entertainment venue, designed and built to meet code, perform reliably, and deliver a high-end user experience.

Execution
This project required precise coordination between design intent, technical requirements, and real-world constraints. Working directly with Trackman, the golf bays were designed and adjusted to ensure proper function within limited ceiling height and footprint restrictions. Every system had to be integrated carefully so performance was not compromised.
From mechanical and electrical systems to fire suppression and layout modifications, each phase was executed with attention to sequencing and coordination. The result is a space where multiple complex systems operate seamlessly, without conflict or compromise.
Build Detail
The project demanded alignment between permitting, design, and construction from the outset. With multiple use types under one roof, including golf simulation and axe throwing, every detail had to meet code while still delivering a cohesive and functional environment. Clear communication and hands-on problem-solving kept the project moving forward without delays.
The finished space delivers both performance and durability. From the precision of the simulator bays to the build quality of the finishes, every element was executed to support long-term use. The result is a commercial space that functions as intended, meets all regulatory requirements, and provides a refined experience for end users.
