This project began as a leased commercial space with no defined path forward. We worked with the client from the outset to establish scope, navigate permitting, and coordinate with their architect to develop a functional studio layout.

The build-out required full coordination across systems, agencies, and inspections. From ADA-compliant bathroom design within tight constraints to complete HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installation, every phase was managed to meet code and keep the project moving.

The result is a fully operational fitness studio delivered with all approvals in place, including final inspections and certificate of occupancy, allowing the business to open without delays.
